   Welcome to The Riviera Baker blog.  I've created this page to
document my journey of baking, cooking, and travelling, among other things.  
  I'll explore cooking in the French style. I will even be learning the French language. Then, I'll move on to try Asian and Mediterranean recipes. Most of all, I plan to become a more well-rounded human being.
